  • All session fees and prices are advertised on this website and the Stephanie Kate Kinesiology social media pages, and are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to existing clients where applicable

  • In-Person Therapy Sessions: Payment in full is required upon arrival at your session

  • Distant/Remote Sessions: Payment in full is required upon booking your session

  • Accepted payment methods currently include Cash & Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit. Payment methods & details are communicated at booking or prior to the session.

  • No refunds will be issued for any Therapy Sessions offered by Stephanie Kate Kinesiology.

  • If due to unforeseen circumstances the practitioner needs to cancel/reschedule a previously booked Therapy Session, the client will be notified as soon as possible and, if they have already paid, will be given the option to a) receive a credit and reschedule their session to another time or b) receive a full refund if they do not wish to reschedule.

  • Clients are requested to please provide at least 24-hours notice if they need to cancel a previously scheduled Therapy Session.

  • If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the session will be cancelled and re-scheduled in consultation with the client. This is to ensure the practitioner is not running late for following sessions.

  • If a client fails to attend an appointment without contact and does not provide any prior notice to the practitioner, they may be asked to pay the full cost of future sessions upon booking and prior to attending in person.

Cancellations & Non-Attendance

  • Attendance at the premises of Stephanie Kate Kinesiology is by appointment & invitation only. It is a place of light, love, peace, tranquility and healing. All clients and visitors are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, courteous and respectful manner to all who reside on the premises, as any inappropriate behavior (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated.

  • We please request that all clients and visitors:

    • Maintain appropriate personal hygiene & take all personal items and belongings home with them at the end of their session

    • Remain within designated practice areas only and respect the privacy of those residing on the premises

    • Notify the practitioner upon booking or prior to attending their session if they are allergic to animals (cats or dogs)

    • Remain fully clothed at all times

    • Not be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs

    • Refrain from smoking on the premises

    • Place phones & electronic devices on silent during their session unless required for agreed-upon reasons

    • Discuss with the practitioner prior to the session if children or other accompanying persons are required to attend with the client

    • Park in available driveway or on-street parking in front of the premises

    • Inform the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or changes in health status

  • The practitioner commits to:

    • Providing all services in a professional, ethical and non-judgmental manner

    • Maintaining clear professional boundaries at all times

    • Respecting client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards

    • Creating a safe, nurturing, peaceful, tranquil and supportive environment for all clients and visitors

    • Communicating clearly about services, fees and the limitations of Kinesiology

  • The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or cease services if behavior compromises safety, ethics or professional standards

Stephanie Kate Kinesiology is committed to providing a safe, clean and supportive therapeutic environment, as well as identifying and minimizing potential risks where reasonably practical. We comply with relevant Australian Health & Safety Legislation, professional standards and ethical guidelines at all times.

At Stephanie Kate Kinesiology:

  • Treatment areas are always kept physically and energetically clean, uncluttered and well-lit

  • Walkways are clear of obstacles

  • Equipment and furniture are maintained in safe working condition

  • Every measure is taken to ensure that allergies will not be triggered by any sensitivities the client may have

  • Steps/stools can be provided to assist clients in accessing the treatment table safely, or if they are unable to lie down other chairs will be provided

  • The practitioner ensures their hands are washed and sanitized before each session

  • Treatment surfaces and equipment are sanitized between clients

  • The practitioner will verbally ‘check-in’ with the client during the session to ensure they are comfortable

  • Sessions will be adapted or paused if discomfort, distress or adverse reactions occur

  • Therapeutic services provided by Stephanie Kate Kinesiology are not to be used or treated as a substitute for medical care

  • If the practitioner becomes unwell and is unable to proceed with a scheduled session, the client will be notified as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled

  • The practitioner reserves the right to cease a session if safety concerns arise

  • The practitioner always maintains up-to-date CPR & First Aid Qualifications

  • A basic first aid kit is available on site

  • In the event of a medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted immediately

  • Clients and visitors will be assisted to a safe location if evacuation is required for any reason
