Initial Kinesiology Session
2 hours ~ $190
Our first session together is a deep dive into your current state - overall health, wellbeing & goals. In a safe, comfortable setting we start by reviewing your intake form and discussing physical, emotional and mental history in greater depth to gain a clear understanding of your current presenting challenges, as well as your expectations & desired outcomes. Guided by your body’s innate intelligence, we use muscle monitoring to explore the priority area to work with and begin to gently uncover and address blocks, old programs and stress patterns that have been holding you back, with the intention of helping you to restore balance whilst empowering you with all of the insights, tools and information you need to take charge of your own healing journey.
Using a combination of specialized Kinesiology techniques, Reiki, Numerology & Feng Shui concepts, you will be supported in experiencing lasting shifts and moving toward a more aligned, grounded and connected state. Any questions you have regarding Kinesiology can be answered prior to commencing our initial session.
Standard Kinesiology Session
90 minutes ~ $170
In this session for returning clients, we continue your kinesiology journey by reviewing your experiences and progress since the initial appointment and discussing any new challenges which may have arisen during that time. Using a combination of specialized techniques, you are supported in returning to balance and alignment across all aspects of your being - physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spiritual. It is my intention as a practitioner to fully empower my clients, giving them the tools they need to confidently take charge of their own self-healing moving forward.
These sessions are also perfect for clients who wish to attend the clinic and act as a surrogate on behalf of their pet, young child/infant, friend or family member.
Recalibrate
This beautiful 3-Session Pathway has been created specifically to help you reset, recalibrate & re-align. Highly recommended for people who have received little or no Kinesiology, or those who feel they out of balance and/or stuck in survival mode.
The focus of Recalibrate is to gently support the brain & nervous system in moving towards a more calm & regulated state in the first session, exploring key emotional wounds as part of this process. The following sessions have been designed to support the re-alignment of the body’s energetics whilst exploring physical, structural & emotional patterns that may be contributing to imbalance. This intentional, holistic approach helps to ‘fine-tune’ your being so you feel more calm, clear, aligned & grounded.
This also provides a supportive foundation for deeper healing, growth & success moving forward.

Designed to facilitate expansion, Elevate is 6-Session Container for those wanting to optimize their potential to take that next evolutionary leap in life. Although it is a powerful progression for those who have completed the Recalibrate pathway, Elevate is for anyone who feels they are ready for major life transformations - starting from a stable, aligned state & moving into intentional growth & evolution.
Here we use Kinesiology techniques to facilitate the journey beyond an individual’s comfort zone - supporting them to develop greater clarity, skills and resources required to align with their vision, pursue their goals and move towards their dreams through conscious, soul-led action.
This is explored by digging deep and really honing in on what it is we actually want, then formulating meaningful goals around the desired outcomes and uncovering & addressing the stress or blockages that may be getting in the way of creating our desired reality.
By using the body’s Innate Intelligence as our guide, we can explore the key aspects you may wish to alchemize to Elevate you to the next level in life.

Animal Communication Session
Remote ~ $130
Have you ever wondered how your pet is feeling, or what they are thinking? Are you curious about their behaviors and motivations, or have concerns about their health?
Animal Communication Sessions are perfect for people seeking to gain a better understanding of their animal and deepen their bond and connection, whether living or passed. This process involves telepathically connecting with an animal mind-to-mind & heart-to-heart, to directly obtain and exchange information. A simple yet deeply profound & effective way of giving your animal a voice and passing on messages of your own! By connecting with them in this way, we can gain direct insight into a vast range of topics and questions to support both the pet and their family (see our ‘About’ section for common topics of interest). Includes the following:
A full in-depth communication session with your animal, conducted remotely using a photograph & basic details of name, age & sex
Up to 5 Questions on topics or issues you would like discussed with your animal (I always ask the animal some additional ‘fun’ questions as well!)
A full transcript detailing everything your animal communicated
Opportunity for a follow-up communication to gain any clarification on what came up during the session if needed
Animal Alchemy

These unique sessions combine Animal Communication & Remote Kinesiology to nurture & support your pet so they can move towards greater health & wellbeing, and become their brightest, happiest self!
Animal Communication allows you to gain a better understanding of your pet and deepen your connection, and provides the opportunity to ask your animal questions and obtain direct information from them, giving them a voice. This process can give you direct insight into a wide range of topics including health, behaviours & motivations, thoughts, feelings, likes & dislikes. Likewise, it gives you the chance to pass on messages of your own, such as how you feel about them or prepare them for upcoming changes (a new family member, moving house, rehoming).
Following the communication session I conduct a full, remote kinesiology balance using myself as a surrogate on behalf of your animal. As part of this process, I explore and work with the priority issue from those identified during the communication and noted by the animals’ person. I can then provide targeted support as requested by your animal, guiding them back to optimal balance & wellbeing. Special focus is placed on addressing imbalances in the animal’s energetics, particularly their chakra system, which may be contributing to their current experiences, while also exploring any energetic and emotional imbalances that feel shared or ‘mirrored’ between the animal and their human. Animal Alchemy Sessions include the following:

Full remote Kinesiology Session tailored to the priority issue your animal is experiencing, completely guided by your animal through a technique called “Surrogating.”
A full transcript detailing everything your animal communicated & complete summary of the Kinesiology Session, including additional information acquired & correction methods/steps taken to remedy any blockages or imbalances. In some cases I may be able to gain clarification on any follow-up questions arising from the session.
