Our first session together is a deep dive into your current state - overall health, wellbeing & goals. In a safe, comfortable setting we start by reviewing your intake form and discussing physical, emotional and mental history in greater depth to gain a clear understanding of your current presenting challenges, as well as your expectations & desired outcomes. Guided by your body’s innate intelligence, we use muscle monitoring to determine the priority issue to work with and begin to gently uncover, shift and clear blocks, old programs and stress patterns that have been holding you back, restoring balance whilst empowering you with all of the insights, tools and information you need to take charge of your own healing journey.
Using a combination of specialized Kinesiology techniques, Reiki, Numerology & Feng Shui concepts, you will be supported in achieving lasting, long-term results and overall transformation from a more aligned, grounded and connected state. In this session for returning clients, we continue your kinesiology journey by reviewing your experiences and progress since the initial appointment and discussing any new issues which may have arisen during that time. Using a combination of specialized Kinesiology techniques, Reiki, Numerology & Feng Shui concepts, you are supported in returning to balance and alignment across all aspects of your being - physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spiritual. It is my intention as a practitioner to fully empower my clients, giving them the tools they need to confidently take charge of their own self-healing moving forward. These sessions are also ideal for owners who may wish to attend the clinic and act as a surrogate on their pets behalf.
Lifestyle Coaching

The Advanced Life Development Coaching Program uses Kinesiology techniques to facilitate the journey beyond an individual’s comfort zone, ensuring they have the skills and resources required to engage their passions and pursue their dreams.
The Coaching Program is a 5-Session container for those who are ready to optimize their potential and take that next evolutionary leap in life. This is achieved by digging deep and really honing in on what it is we actually want, then formulating a powerful goal around the desired outcome and uncovering & clearing any stress or blocks that are preventing us from achieving our optimal reality. By using the body’s Innate Intelligence as a guide, we can identify the areas where we truly need to change & alchemize to find what we are looking to achieve. All sessions are 2 hours in length, and it is recommended that clients have had at least 3 standard kinesiology sessions prior to commencing coaching, to get the most out of this service.
Full Body Reiki Session

Reiki is a sacred form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the 1800’s, and involves channeling and allowing Universal Life Force Energy to flow where it is needed most. ‘Rei’ is defined as universal life-giving while ‘Ki’ is defined as energy or life force and is also known as Light, Prana, Chi, Cosmic Energy or Universal Radiant Energy. By gently placing their hands on or in the energy field of the recipient's body, practitioners facilitate the flow of this energy, helping to remove blockages and restore overall balance & harmony.

Animal Alchemy

These unique sessions combine animal communication & intuitive health scanning with remote energy healing techniques to nurture & support your pet in returning to optimal health & wellbeing.
Animal Communication is the perfect way to gain a better understanding of your pet and deepen your connection. They give you the opportunity to ask your animal questions and obtain direct information from them, giving them a voice. This process can give you direct insight into a wide range of topics including health, behaviours & motivations, thoughts, feelings, likes & dislikes. Likewise, it gives you the chance to pass on messages of your own, such as how you feel about them or prepare them for upcoming changes (a new family member, moving house, rehoming).
As part of this process, an intuitive health scan is conducted to determine if your pet is experiencing any physical or energetic imbalances. A blend of dowsing, kinesiology & reiki techniques are used to gain more detail & information if necessary, and special focus is then placed on helping to clear any pain, discomfort, stress, illness or energetic blocks and imbalances that were identified during the session. Animal Alchemy Sessions include the following:
A full in-depth communication session with your animal, conducted remotely using a photograph & basic details of name, age & sex
Up to 5 Questions on topics or issues you would like discussed with your animal
A full intuitive health scan to assess physical & energetic imbalances
Full remote energy healing session to energetically support physical issues & imbalances in the energy fields & 7 main chakras
A full transcript detailing everything your animal communicated, a summary of the intuitive health scan & steps taken to remedy any blockages or imbalances in the energy fields or chakras. I can also provide a chart showing the energies around your animal if one is needed to demonstrate. In some cases I may be able to gain clarification on any follow-up questions arising from the session.
